Are short-term leases available at New Kent Apartments?
To accommodate the many professionals who move to our community for positions at West Chester University or the numerous corporations located throughout the area, New Kent Apartments offers short-term furnished leases. There is a three-month minimum and rates vary depending on the floor plan size.
What in-apartment amenities are included?
Our apartments include many amenities and conveniences such as private patios or balconies, generously sized closets, linen closets, full-size washer and dryer, and wood-inspired flooring. Select residences also feature stainless steel appliances, LEED features, and quartz or granite countertops.
What community amenities are offered at New Kent Apartments?

Are New Kent Apartments pet friendly?
New Kent welcomes all humans and their furry family members! Our pet policy
allows 2 animals (dogs or cats) per apartment with a one-time nonrefundable animal fee of $350 for one pet and $500 for two pets along with a monthly pet fee of $35 per animal. Please note: New Kent’s pet policy does contain restrictions on certain dog breeds, so please speak with a leasing manager
