Rent Café Online Payments portal available on our website. This independent, third-party payment service provider is not affiliated with New Kent Apartments and residents must accept their terms of service agreement to participate.
Are short-term leases available at New Kent Apartments?
To accommodate the many professionals who move to our community for positions at West Chester University or the numerous corporations located throughout the area, New Kent Apartments offers short-term furnished leases. There is a three-month minimum and rates vary depending on the floor plan size.
What in-apartment amenities are included?
Our apartments include many amenities and conveniences such as private patios or balconies, generously sized closets, linen closets, full-size washer and dryer, and wood-inspired flooring. Select residences also feature stainless steel appliances, LEED features, and quartz or granite countertops.
What community amenities are offered at New Kent Apartments?
We want our residents to enjoy every inch of New Kent Apartments. That’s why we offer
a variety of wonderful community amenities. Spend the summer at our sparkling resort-style pool, work out any time at our fitness center or sport court, or socialize with neighbors at the clubhouse, billiards room, or outdoor lounge with grill stations and a cozy fire pit. Residents can even host private parties and functions in our onsite party room with a connecting full-size kitchen.
Are New Kent Apartments pet friendly?
New Kent welcomes all humans and their furry family members! Our
pet policy allows 2 animals (dogs or cats) per apartment with a one-time nonrefundable animal fee of $350 for one pet and $500 for two pets along with a monthly pet fee of $35 per animal. Please note: New Kent’s pet policy does contain restrictions on certain dog breeds, so please
speak with a leasing manager for more information.

You can easily access this highway from Boot Road and nearby Paoli Pike and West Chester Pike, two of our area’s other major roadways. Travel north on 202 to reach King of Prussia, PA or connect with I-76 for Philadelphia destinations. Take 202 south to connect with US-1 for destinations in Delaware and Chester Counties or to access I-95 North and South. South US-202 also leads to the Delaware state line for tax-free shopping destinations and Delaware/Maryland shore points.
